Work & Hobbies at Grobe Jungs
Work and spare time hang together more closely than the week's diary suggests: what was a duty by day supplies the conversation in the evening, and the hobby afterwards shapes the rest. This category gathers the designs that sit in between, the darts t-shirts among them. It belongs to Shop by Theme, where Mallorca, East Germany & GDR and City & Regional Shirts stand as well.
Darts
Three of the shirts revolve around the board. Nur die Harten gehen Darten shows a laughing dartboard with a thumb up, Dart und Bier sets a board, arrows and an overflowing stein side by side, and Darts & Bier – Darum bin ich hier puts the same thought into black capitals. That covers the club night without needing a playing shirt.
Nautical
Two designs come from the coast. Ahoi Heimathafen shows a dark blue lighthouse whose beam carries the greeting, with gulls, sun and rocks around it. Marine – Wächter der Meere is a fan design built around a diver, a warship and a helicopter; it is expressly not an official product of the German armed forces.
Fabric, cut and fit
All five shirts are made from pure cotton, mostly as jersey at 185 g/m² and as tubular knit, so there is no side seam. They are short-sleeved, have a crew neck and sit in a regular fit. In fabric and cut they are therefore no different from the other print shirts in the range.
Colours and sizes
The darts designs come mainly in dark tones such as black, navy, burgundy and brown, while Darts & Bier comes in light colours from white through natural to kelly green. On the nautical shirts, white, light blue and orange stand against black, navy and red. The run starts at S everywhere; depending on the colour it ends at 3XL or 5XL, and which of the two is noted on the individual product page.
Nothing quite right?
If you are after a design for another job or another hobby, Rude Slogans and Beer & Drinking are worth a look. The larger part of the Frechstoff range stands there, and some of it suits the end of a shift just as well.
