Yakuza Premium Medical Cartel T-Shirt, Grey Marl

Front print laid out like an old advertising bill

The arrangement follows the build of an advertising poster on a medical theme. The lines HEALTHY AND SOCIAL SERVICE and MEDICAL CARTEL run along the top, and beneath them a skeleton in a peaked cap salutes while holding a small bottle aloft. In the lower field a bony hand presents a syringe, with BOOMING INDUSTRY alongside. Another coloured print sits on the sleeve and a short line of type at the nape, so the shirt still gives something back at close range.

Two colourways

On sand the motif is printed in blue and red; on the grey marl in black, grey and yellow. The grey is not a flat solid but lightly flecked, which gives the print more depth. Both versions carry the same artwork and differ only in palette.

Fabric, cut, sizes

The weave mixes 80% cotton with 20% polyester, a combination that holds its shape and creases little. The shirt lies close over the upper body and emphasises the shoulders; anyone after more room goes up a number. Both colours run from S to 3XL.

• multicoloured front print, plus prints on the sleeve and at the nape
• colours: grey marl and sand
• 80% cotton, 20% polyester
• close-fitting cut, sizes S to 3XL

To keep the fine lines of the poster sharp, the shirt goes into the machine inside out and at a low temperature.
