A team strip for the drinking squad

The mascot is a tankard with red cheeks, screwed-up eyes and a wide grin. Bubbles rise from its head of foam; one hand waves, the other holds a small flag in black, red and gold. Below it German appears in yellow script, followed by DRINKING TEAM in bold college letters with a dark shadow, as on a club jersey. The tankard is drawn as a single figure from foam to base, with arms and legs growing straight out of the glass. Loose bubbles float above the froth, and the word German overlaps the lower edge of the mug.

Line-up for tour and tournament

This is team kit for skittles clubs, regulars' tables and travel groups who want to show where they come from while abroad. It works for watching a match on a big screen, a package holiday or a long walk with a drinks trolley. A German flag and a beer make two things on the chest that go together well.

Four colours for the squad

The print works in yellow, cream and dark brown. On black and red the yellow glows out; on light blue and yellow the dark shadow of the college letters comes forward and holds the lettering together.

Shirt facts

Frechstoff takes a men's t-shirt of cotton, ring-spun and undiluted, for this one. The jersey, 185 g/m² on the scales, stands above the flimsy class of holiday tee, and it comes off a circular machine, so neither flank is seamed. Short sleeves, a ribbed neck opening and a tape sewn across the shoulders. Black and red run the whole scale to 5XL; yellow and light blue are limited to 3XL.
