Old-school flash for drinking in daylight

The picture could have come out of an old tattooist's sample book: thick black outlines, flat colour, small stars and dots as filler. Two brown bottles lean against a stein in the middle, its foam spilling over the rim. Yellow blossoms, hop cones and dark green leaves grow around them. The lettering follows an arc, SUPPORT above and DAY DRINKING below, in scrawled hand-drawn characters.

Day drinking is the beer in the beer garden at three, the shandy on the boat, the pint after a Sunday morning match. The shirt declares its solidarity and suits summer parties, barbecue afternoons and stag weekends.

Which colours there are

Because the lettering is black, Frechstoff keeps to pale tones and the strong sorbet: white from S to 5XL, and light blue, natural, sorbet and yellow as far as 3XL. Pale fabric asks for weight, and 185 g/m² delivers it – no see-through on white, and a straight fall over the hips. Pure cotton, knitted in the round, the crew neck bound in ribbed knit, a tape inside, short sleeves (machine wash at 30 °C).
