Sunset disc in a worn vintage finish

The design recalls an old holiday postcard. A round sunset is broken into horizontal bands running from rust red through orange and sand to petrol and mint. Two slim palm trees rise dark out of the picture, and the letters of MALLORCA stand in front of them, lightly worn as though the shirt had been washed many times. One palm trunk takes the place of one of the two Ls. Above the name, Baleares is set small in white script, the Spanish name of the island group. The print sits as a disc on the upper chest, roughly as wide as the span between the shoulders.

A Mallorca motif without a drinking slogan

Unlike many Malle shirts this one does without a punchline. It suits a walk along the promenade as well as a barbecue at home, and works as a keepsake for anyone who likes the island away from the party strip. As a souvenir it needs no explaining either.

Three pale colours

White, natural and yellow let the warm tones of the print glow. White is available from S to 5XL, natural and yellow from S to 3XL.

Build and fabric

A band of ribbed knit runs around the neck, with a tape covering the seam behind. The yarn is ring-spun and the body is knitted without side seams. Pale shades are the test for any thin tee; at 185 g/m² this one covers properly and still falls softly over the waistband. Regular fit means a straight drop, no waist shaping, short sleeves that end above the elbow (washing at 30 °C is fine).
