Everything here is black: front, peak, mesh and thread. The name in tall block capitals and the line PREMIUM SEL beneath it stand out only through the relief of the stitching, not through colour. From a metre away you see a plain dark cap; up close, the lettering. Anyone who likes a logo without putting it on display is well served, and against a bright shirt the cap brings no further colour into play.

Build and fastening

The front panel is solid and gives the embroidery a firm base, while the sides and the rear are mesh. That is the classic trucker build: sturdy at the front, airy behind. A snapback sits at the rear, its press studs clicking into steps so the cap stays put in wind. Polyester is used throughout.
