Yakuza Premium Trucker Cap Killers, Woodland Camo

Dark woodland pattern against black mesh panels

The front panel is covered in a camouflage of green, brown, beige and black, the sort familiar from woodland kit. Over it lies the brand name in thick black stitching, arched, with the script line Killers at the Sunset below. Because the yarn is raised, the lettering stands clear of the patterned ground despite its dark colour; in backlight what you mostly see is the relief.

Ventilation and fit

Side and rear panels are made of black mesh, which lets air reach the head; on warm days the difference is noticeable. A fastening at the back adjusts the width, so one size covers most heads. The curved peak reaches roughly 7.5 centimetres to the front, long enough to shade the eyes without narrowing the view. The mesh is made of the same acrylic yarn as the front, so there is no break in material.

• dark camouflage pattern on the front
• sides and back in mesh
• black embroidery over two lines
• peak around 7.5 cm measured at the centre
• adjustable for width at the back
• 100% acrylic throughout, mesh included

The other colourway

The same cap also comes in a pale winter camo. Acrylic yarn pulls out of shape in hot water, so clean the cap by hand and let it dry in shape rather than putting it through the machine.
